For the out layer of hot dip galvanized welded steel pipe, it passes all tests under Chinese National Standard of GB/T 3091-1993 Galvanized welded steel pipe for low pressure service, which is equal to BS 1387/85 class M. This assures you that the thickness of the steel pipe and its thick zinc coating will result in the long product lifetime.

As to the inside of PE pipe, it passes all the tests under Chinese National Standard of GB/T17219 Hygiene and safety evaluation criterion of water delivery and supply equipment and protective materials for life drinking water, which is similar to BS6920 Part II, one of the most stringent standards on cleanliness of water pipe.

The size for PE-lined Galvanized Steel Pipe is from 1/2inch to 6inch and the working pressure is not more than 1. 0Mpa. The standard length is 6Meters, and the length shall be negotiated between the supplier and buyer if the latter has special requirement. Whether threaded in both ends of pipe shall be also negotiated between two parties.

Cold water type PE-lined Galvanized Steel Pipe can be used to deliver cold water with temperature under 60 degree centigrade.

Hot water type PE-lined Galvanized Steel Pipe can be used to deliver hot water with temperature under 95 degree centigrade.
